In no particular order:
1. Eternal Law: YES PLS. Samuel West, Baby!Home Sec (Tobias Menzies), angels as lawyers. SIGN ME UP.
2. There is a Guillermo Del Toro film coming out called Mama which is written by Neil Cross and stars Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. Just putting that out there.
3. Mission Impossible: Ghost Patrol was amaaaaaaazing. Shit blew up! People had fights! There were parts where I genuinely thought I might have a heart attack! Ethan Hunt got injured more than Jim Kirk in the 2009 Trek movie and somehow did not die! Jeremy Renner needs to be in EVERYTHING EVER! Simon Pegg was way better than expected! It turns out I knew Paula Patton from Déjà Vu! She was awesome too, although more ladies next time please!
4. That is the short version of my response to that film.
5. I have since written 4000 words about it, which I am going to post in a moment.
6. When is Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy out on DVD? I need to rewatch it, seriously.
7. I watched National Treasure the other day as it was on TV. It was good fun.
8. I also watched Thirst, which was…yeah. A Korean vampire film. And some of it was amazing, and there was a lot of screaming, and it sort of ended the only way it could, and while it was good I’m not sure that I ever want to see it again, you know? Once was enough.
Photo of the day is a fannish one: fake Thames House. I have actually mucked about with the contrast a bit because the sky was so rubbish this morning.
