I shall repeat myself: watch this show. It’s awesome.

Soren Malling is apparently a show producer and some kind of political commentator?
Laugesen (the right-wing dick) is still a dick. Shock.
I don’t quite understand the Danish political system. Labour seem to be on the right (anti-immigration), but the Moderates – the central party – seem to be rather left-wing. Unless that is what counts for central in Denmark…
Torben (the TV producer played by lovely lovely Soren Malling) seems to be in this quite a lot \o/
Birgitte’s husband is a lecturer on government and politics, from the look of it.
I am getting upset about the potential angst for Birgitte and Phillip. Even though as I am watching it everything’s great.
Oh, and apparently Philip was in Forbrydelsen II as Strange. Except it’s been a few weeks so I’d forgotten what he looked like.
Kasper is still an idiot. Oh dear. I fear this may become the theme of the series.
Everyone is obsessed with pastries. This is amazing.
Laugesen is such a bastard. Possibly more of a bastard than Bremer from Forbrydelsen I.
There’s a character in this called Troels. For one brief glorious moment I thought there was going to be a crossover and it would be Lars Mikkelsen.
They’re at a funeral and people’s mobiles keep going off.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
And Laugesen has been ousted, hahahahahahahahahahaha. Although undoubtedly this will go wrong later.

I can’t even explain how thrilling this show is, but oh. The politics. OH.
Also I am worried about the inevitable split with Bent (her colleague), because at the moment he is seriously the voice of fucking reason.
“The question at the moment is, who can count to ninety? Who can get ninety seats, Birgitte?”
”I can.”
”Do you dare?”
Birgitte is fucking amazing.
And she gets to tell Hesselboe (current PM) to piss off, basically. And that’s she now in charge, bitches.
Oh, Katrine the journalist is pregnant. With the baby of the dead political advisor. Feeling quite bad for Katrine, to be honest.
“Here we are. Boy, have I been looking forward to saying this. Denmark has a new government.”
