Made these yesterday to bring into work. I have done the peanut butter cookies before, but this was my first time trying the chocolate cake. I will definitely be doing that again - a great result for relatively little effort:

3 ingredient peanut butter cookies

1 egg
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar

Heat oven to 175 degrees. Mix together, roll into balls (I put it in the fridge for a while before this, makes it easier to manipulate), put on a baking tray and squash down slightly, then bake in an oven for 6-8 minutes

(the yield at the link is a lie, I can get 20 cookies out of this, though they do go flatter than the picture)

Flourless chocolate cake

120g dark chocolate
120g butter (I used vegan spread)
3 eggs
80g cocoa
150g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Heat oven to 150 degrees. Melt butter and chocolate together in a double boiler/bowl over simmering water. Remove from heat and mix in other ingredients. Pour into greased/floured cake tin.

Bake for 30 minutes in oven, then cool in tin for 10 minutes. After that, remove from tin to cool completely.

I know I'm not the only one saying this, but I'm going to start using this place more and cross posting etc. I've been meaning to do it for ages, but the DDoS attacks on lj have pushed me into it.

Quick link to start things off. I finally got around to watching the videos on Feminist Frequency and they're pretty awesome:

Right, I'm off to get back to work. I'll have to come on here later in the week to follow more people and sort stuff out :D
