Fic! The Shadow Line

Fed up of not finishing fic. This has been in my head for a while so I decided to make myself post something today, even if it’s rubbish (and I’ll be honest, I can usually tell, but right now I wouldn’t even be sure this is made up of sentences). I need to rewatch some of this.
Shadow Line drabble, Jay/Rattalack, post-series
Title: Domestic
Pairing: Jay/Rattalack
Notes: not mine, just playing. Hoping to finish the longer Shadow Line fic I’m working on soon.
Jay thinks about it sometimes. Him and Rattalack.
He can just about picture, it if he tries. The two of them lounging on the sofa one Friday night, half-empty wine glasses on the table and the remains of a takeaway messing up the place.
Rattalack would be stretched out, his head in Jay’s lap, ignoring Jay flicking through the channels one after another. He’d have his hand resting on Rattalack’s chest, keeping him in place. Earlier on, over dinner, they’d have discussed the next person they were going to have killed.
Maybe it’s best that normality’s not really their thing.
